Where we ship:

United States: All 50 states
48 continental states- We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the next business day but it could take up to 2 business days after they are placed. We use UPS ground shipping for all orders in the continental US unless otherwise selected on when placing your order. Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days on all UPS ground shipments.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers

All orders are shipped via UPS air and will arrive within 7 business days.

At this time we do not do any international shipping


Shipping Procedures

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped and it will include the UPS tracking number. If you have an account set up with us on www.Shiraleah.com, then you can check the status of your order anytime by clicking My Account . Please note, the account has to be set up before the order is placed for it to be visible.

Tracking Your Order

You can check the status of your order anytime in My Account.

    To check the status of your order anytime:
  1. Click My Account and sign in using your email address and password.
  2. Then click on 'Order & Item Details', click on the tracking number to the right of any item to get up-to-date information from UPS.

Delivering Your Package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.


Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to these to the Terms and Conditions, this Website, or any products or services sold or distributed by or through this Website, will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to the Terms and Conditions. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?

A: You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Q: Can I make changes or cancel my online order?

A: Yes, Please contact us via email to cancel an order. All orders must be cancelled in writing. Once the order has begun processing, we are not able to cancel it. Almost all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the return procedure.

Q: When is my order shipped?

We use UPS ground shipping for all orders in the continental US unless otherwise selected on your order. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship via UPS air. Orders normally arrive within 2-7 business days for all UPS ground shipments.

Q: How can I track the status of my order?

A: If you have an account with us on Shiraleah.com please click on My Account and log in. From there you can click on "Order & Item History" to check the status of your order.

Q: What if I place an order and Shiraleah doesn't have the item in stock?

A: If we are unable to fill your order you will be notified via email. We do not charge until the item ships so no charge will appear on your account.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your card is authorized when the order is placed to verify that the funds are available. We do not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped.

Q: Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?

A: No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship everything UPS ground and need a street address for delivery.

Q: Can I ship an order to a foreign country?

A: At this time we are only able to fulfill orders within the US.

Q: Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

A: No, there can only be one shipping address per order.

Q: What is Shiraleah's Return Policy?

A: Shiraleah will gladly authorize returns of UNUSED MERCHANDISE within 30 days of receipt of your order. All items must have original hangtags and be in resalable condition or you will not be issued a refund. You must include the return form inside the box for your order to be returned and credited back to your account. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 45 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back without a return form as your package will be sent back to you. Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged and are not refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, we will email you to let you know it has been received. We then issue the credit on the next business day. From this time, it takes up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card account.

Shiraleah merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Q: Can I exchange an item for another style or color?

A: Unfortunately we are not able to take back exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for the style and color you want.

Q: What is your policy on damaged items?

A: If you purchase merchandise from www.Shiraleah.com and receive it damaged or defective, please notify us immediately and must be done within 7 days of receipt order via email customerservice@shiraleah.com and we will send you a prepaid return label and you'll receive a full refund.

Q: How do I return an item I received as a gift?

A: We only refund to the original method of payment so if you received the item as a gift and wish to return it, please note that the refund will go back on the card it was originally purchased on. The person who made the purchase would need to place a new order.
